This ruffle off-the-shoulder top is super fun and cute for summer and the best part is that it’s under $100! The fabric is super soft and the ruffles give it that flirty feel.
I paired this with lace-up flats- but to dress it up add a colorful pair of heels! You can also dress it down and pair it with cut off shorts and gladiator sandals. The top is super versatile.
