If you are here thank you! I know I have been totally MIA on my blog- i’m just trying to manage it all! I have also noticed that you are liking my stories on Instagram- so I don’t know how much you would actually go to my blog. However, I thought it was time to finally do a blog post as I’ve recently done so many edits on stories for wedding attire. I thought it would be nice to share all of the edits in one place- the BLOG!
I feel as though for two years weddings were put on hold, and now they are going forward with them! I couldn’t be happier, and I can’t stop smiling that we are able to move forward with our lives and finally celebrate.
When picking a dress I would suggest choosing something that you can see yourself wearing again. I hate to have a dress sit in my closet that I only wear once. If you are on a tight budget I would say spend less $ on the dress and more on the bag / shoes! At least the bag/shoes you can wear with more of your everyday wardrobe.
See below the wedding edits at all price points- and let me know if you there is something else you are looking for!
Last week when I was in NYC I really got a taste of winter! It was really exciting that I got to pull out my sweaters, jackets, and boots from my drawers that hadn’t been touched in years.. When it comes to winter dressing it’s imperative you wear an amazing jacket- because in reality that’s most of what you see. I was wearing a jacket that was five years old that I had gotten on sale- and while it was fine it wasn’t quite warm enough so I splurged on a jacket that I will now have forever! Need to start planning more cold weather trips ASAP 🙂
I had three outfits that I wore on repeat in NYC: 1) Black leather pants, white cashmere sweater with a button down underneath with converse/ flat boots at night. 2) White jeans, white tee, Isabel Marant sweatshirt and converse 3) Jeans, white button down, Isabel Marant sweatshirt, and boots. I wore my leather jumpsuit out to dinner twice once with my Aquazzura heel boots and another time with flat boots.
Of all the posts I have written this is definitely one of my favorites! I have dreamed about having a walk-in closet since I can remember. I grew up reading fashion magazines and cutting and pasting clips of clothing, accessories, and shoes onto posters hoping that one day these items would be in my closet! I dreamed of putting together outfits in an organized closet filled with curated pieces. I always wanted my space to feel like my own boutique.
My goal in creating my closet was to be able to see every piece of clothing I owned, which really means no clutter! The key to having an uncluttered closet is: when you buy one piece of clothing/shoe, either donate or sell one that’s currently in your closet.
I couldn’t be more excited to share my collaboration with California Closets Miami. Thanks to California Closets Miami I have the most perfect closet that I always dreamed of having. Working with Taylor, from California Closets, made the entire process very quick and easy. I met with Taylor one time and we hashed out everything that was on my wish list: An island in the middle with a hamper; enough space for my bags – big and small; hanging space for long dresses; space for my bags and shoes; a section to keep my hats; and a bench! On my wish list was also a pull out rod that I could use when I pack for trips and plan for photoshoots. As we were chatting, she was plugging everything I wanted into a 3D model on her computer and I was able to see exactly what my dream closet would look like. So I didn’t have to wait for the reveal – which is a plus for someone as antsy as me. As far as finishes – we opted for neutral tones to match the rest of the house. My closet is not only beautiful its also practical.
I hope you love my closet as much as I do! You will be seeing a lot of it on my insta/blog going forward!

Sorry it’s been a long time since I have posted. I have been planning the Spring bazaar for our school- which I love to co-host with a good friend. It’s my way of giving back to our school which I love so much! I also had a little birthday party for Chloe and was organizing it, etc. So hard with Covid – you can only have nine kids un-masked outside- so I had to tell parents they couldn’t bring siblings which is so hard! It’s the first birthday we have thrown for Chloe- as last year’s was canceled! She had a great time!
I am back with this bright and cheery outfit! I love color – I really do and always have. It makes me happy when I put on colorful clothes. I got these shorts from Zimmermann and love the fit of them. I only wear high-waisted and these check that box ! I love that you can throw on a pair of sandals, ballet flats and even heels for date night and simply wear it with a white tee. I styled these shorts with my mustard color Veronica Beard blazer and pop of color green bag. I love the blazer/shorts/ green bag combo. Such a cool and different look. I also styled the shorts with a white tee and pink ballet flats, I love pink and yellow together- so feminine and beautiful. I got asked so many questions about wearing my green bag and to me green is such a neutral color- goes with everything!
