Hope you all had a great weekend! I was scrolling through my pictures this past weekend and realized how often I am wearing bodysuits these days. It’s VERY often that I decided to share with you some of my favorites! Many of you get to dress for Fall which I am a little jealous 🙂 I can’t wait until I can start layering my bodysuits with leather jackets and blazers.
My favorite bodysuit is the one I have from Wolford linked here, BUT there are so many out there that I wanted to share. While Wolford makes really nice ones because the fabrics sucks you in they are more on the pricey side. For a great fit + less expensive option I love Commando + Only Hearts. Another brand which is nice and has so many styles of bodysuits is Alix- but a little pricey. Below please find bodysuits I adore!

The thing I love most about a black bootie is that you can style it so many ways. You can dress them up or dress them down. These booties are an updated version and are so in because of two things:
1) The block heel which makes them so comfortable. I would say this is a shoe you can walk around in- it isn’t one of those shoes you can only wear to dinner and home! Raise your hand if you own too many of these types?
2) The sock aspect of it – it’s tight around your ankle. There have been so many pairs of boots that I have tried and they look silly around my ankle because they are too loose – these are tight and so flattering.
I styled this boot with my pair of black skinny denim and white button down. I find this outfit to be a staple that I can always throw on. It could also be a perfect outfit to wear to work depending on your office environment. The boots make it look so much hipper and perfect for Fall. You can find me in Miami wearing booties all winter long, even if it’s 70 degrees!
I also wanted to show you how you can style these booties dressed up for date night. Just pair it with a mini skirt and an off-the-shoulder body suit and it’s a win-win. Of course if you live in a colder climate just add a denim or leather jacket. Because the boots are so snug on the ankle its the perfect pair to wear with skirts.

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend. We surely did- it’s so nice that my sister and her family came into town. We spent the entire weekend with them. It was so much fun! So I thought I would share this story because it’s a lesson + it’s pretty funny, or atleast I think it is.
So I had been eyeing this stripe dress that I wore to the wedding we attended yesterday but told myself I had to buy it on sale- because at the end of the day how many times are you wearing a stripe black and white dress. So I go into Intermix to FINALLY try it on when it’s on major sale and I try on a size 2. It’s pretty big but actually fit my bust perfect. So I decide i’ll have them order a smaller size for some reason (when I should have gone with that size and altered it). When I got the dress in the mail it barely zipped, but with the help of two people it finally did! So this past Thursday I try on the dress for my grandmother and it doesn’t zip. I assure my grandmother it’s the zipper that’s broken- meanwhile the dress zips perfectly on the hanger. I take the dress first thing in the morning on Friday to get the zipper fixed to the best tailors and they assure me it’s too small!!!! With Intermix’s return policy I had no choice but to get it fixed and thankfully there was enough fabric in the dress to let it out! So I was super thankful to my amazing tailors (this is not sponsored) who saved the day. Note to self- always go bigger it’s much easier + if you are going to buy something on sale that you can’t return make sure to get the right size.

We are off to the synagogue tonight to have dinner in the Sukkah, so I thought the most appropriate dress to wear would be a midi one because of the length. It’s not Chase’s fav but I love it, and isn’t that all that matters? It’s funny because every time I wear this length Chase always asks why i’m wearing a dress so long! I got this dress a while ago so it’s not available but I wanted to share similar that i’m eyeing! Technically I think a midi dress looks best with heels- because it elongates you! So even though I am all for flats- try it with a heel makes all the difference from looking grandmaish:)

I feel like every year couple of years I end up buying a denim dress! This year I bought this Ulla Johnson one which I am obsessed with. It has pockets and the coolest sleeves. I have worn it a couple different ways so far- in Colorado I wore it with sneakers and last week I wore it with a pair of white heel sandals. It’s so funny when I got this dress over the summer Chase totally didn’t understand it, but I have gotten so many compliments from other people! HA! Anyways, A denim dress is just so versatile that I wanted to share some of my favorite that i’m eyeing right now.
You can never go wrong with dresses of any sorts- they are so easy to put on and not have to think about putting together an outfit. It’s already made for you! Depending on where you are going and your mood you can either wear a denim dress with heels or flats. Hope you like these options as much as I do!

I actually ended up buying this skirt when it was 25% off AND it’s a purchase that I would make over and over again because I have worn it so many times. You can style a white leather mini skirt so many different ways. You can wear it with heels like I did pictured here or with a pair of sneakers, depending on where you are going! I plan on bringing this skirt to Colorado with us and wearing it with sneakers and a denim jacket. Unfortunately my skirt is pretty much sold out but I wanted to share leather white minis i’m loving in all different price ranges!
