We Dress America – Talking Summer Fashion with Walmart!
I am so excited to be writing this post and sharing more pictures with you all! I chose one of my favorite places in Miami – the Miami Design District because of its vibrant colors everywhere.
I picked an outfit from Walmart’s new summer fashion collection that totally fits with my style. Did you know that Walmart has partnerships with many different celebrities? When I was browsing through the website there were so many pieces that I could see myself in. I wanted to share a look that totally represents summer – all white. I chose a white denim jacket, a white dress, and woven accessories – a hat & bag as well as a layered necklace.
The white denim jacket from the EV1 collection partnership with Ellen DeGeneres is adorable and I’m totally obsessed with the LOVE on the back! It’s a great throw on + has a stretch material which makes it comfortable! I decided to style it over this white ruched dress. The tote makes the outfit so much fun! You can forget the notion that straw totes are only for the beach. They are really great for everyday- and this one from Walmart is perfect. To complete my look I added a layered necklace.
With the heat in Miami so intense this time of a year, a hat is always a good idea – even if you leave it in your car and always have it handy. Walmart offers free delivery and returns for items over $35. 90% of Americans live within 10 miles of a Walmart store.

Leopard Print Dresses
There are certain colors and patterns that scream Summer- like hot pink and tie dye. These are such fun young colors and patterns and if you’re wearing them you know it must be summer. There is also something very youthful about it!
However, on the contrary- leopard is good for all ages and works all year round. Leopard is something that you can have a lot of in your closet- my most recent purchase is a headband which is so cute! I also love leopard shoes- I have mules & sneakers. Sharing Pieces under $200 that are Perfect for a Summer Wedding Getaway to Europe!
I recently received an email from a follower that needs help because she’s going to a wedding in Israel this summer so she needs a bunch of different outfits. She’s on a tight budget, but still wants to look her best!
I wanted to show you that you can buy amazing pieces on a budget- everything I have listed is under $200. I think it’s easiest when you wear dresses during the day and it also doesn’t take that much space in your suitcase. You can also wear skirts and change tees to make different outfits. If you plan on wearing dresses and want to make it look different each time you can accessorize the looks differently with sneakers, sandals, and different bags.
Some of my favorite less expensive brands are Free People, BB Dakota, Topshop, Wayf, and Madewell. I have linked pieces that are perfect to get you through the summer and you can even wear some of them through Fall with Booties + jacket!

Peasant Tops & Denim Shorts- the Perfect Summer Combo..
Summer has officially begun! For us living in Miami – we get to experience summer- like weather all year round, but it especially feels extra toasty today. Summer calls for hot pink nail polish, sandals, short shorts, big straw hats, etc! I did a poll yesterday asking if I was too old to wear hot pink nail polish and 95% of you said NO- so guess what my next nail polish color will be?
Onto the clothes- that’s why you are here! Denim shorts are a must have for summer there are so many ways you can style them. One of my favorite ways to style them is with a peasant top to give it that bohemian vibe. The only thing I advise when purchasing denim shorts is that they are high rise. Low rise look a bit trashy to me and very 90s. Please see below some of my favorite shorts & tops.
