Hi Everyone! I took a break from blogging not because I intended to, but because I didn’t have time! While it was really nice spending time with the kids and I am feeling very refreshed, I am happy we are back to regular scheduling. Chloe and Jake went to school excited which of course made my day!
It’s very rare that I’m dressed on a Monday- i’m usually in workout clothes- but I need to get a facial because my skin is a disaster! Thinking of getting my IUD taken out- not sure if this is why my skin is going crazy. Sorry if it’s too much info!!
Onto the outfit: I’m wearing white pants that were gifted to me from Rag and Bone years ago. It’s been a while since I have worn them- but love the fit. I decided to keep this fun green denim Chanel bag- it will be my everyday bag during the week.

I bought this skirt when my friend and I were picking out clothes at Ba&Sh that we wanted to include in our school’s holiday bazaar. I had been searching for a skirt like this and I thought the price was pretty good for the amount of times I would wear it! It would also look really cute with a tee and sneakers which I have yet to worn- stay tuned…..
I had a skirt that I bought last year that was also gold, but I prefer this one because it has more of a shape to it- and this one is very high waist. I decided to wear this skirt or look for less with my Tibi bodysuit similar here, black leather jacket over my shoulders or look for less, black Alexandre Birman heels and my red Chanel bag for a pop of color to a blogger lunch I was invited to. Went to the most beautiful baby shower this weekend with the most beautiful ladies! I wanted to get something new to wear, but I held off and decided to wear something that I had worn before. I just changed up my shoes and it felt like a new outfit! A yellow flower dress is something that you can dress up or dress down- wear during the day or at night.
For the shower I decided to wear this dress with heels, but usually I wear flats! I think a maxi dress looks good with both heels and flats, but I actually prefer the look of flats more.
First of all- thank you all for helping me decide between black sandal (88%) vs. white sandal (12%) for this outfit in my stories.
I wore this outfit on Saturday night and it felt so festive even though it doesn’t have sparkles! I thought this could be such a good outfit idea for new years!
