Hi Guys!  Sorry I have been so MIA with my blog- I have been at home in Dallas spending time with my family enjoying the holidays- but i’m back at it!

What drew me to this dress was the gingham of course but also the amazing sleeves! These sleeves give the dress such a dramatic look. When you have a dress that makes such a statement try to keep the dress the focal point of your outfit.

If you’ve been following along you know that I love anything off- the shoulder because it’s just so flattering on all body types and shows the perfect amount of skin no matter your weight. I also loved that this is a shift dress so it lets you breathe, I am not such a fan of such tight clothing- so this was just the perfect fit.

A dress is so easy to wear it’s a no brainer- all you have to think about is shoes and accessories. I paired it with my favorite Iro booties to give it a fallish look (I also like these booties for less), a choker, and a Baublebar cuff that i’m obsessed with! If you want to make the dress look more dressy- then pair it with pointy heels or high heel sandals like these Aquazzura. For a more comfortable look pair it with flats like these.
